We were enjoying our drive along the Turquoise Trail on the way to New Mexico stopping in the little art communities. In the middle of nowhere, we spotted this rather large cylinder. Of course, we had to stop and snap a few pictures. It was as out of place as the Pink Bench we encountered…

I’ve experienced a great many sunsets in my life and photographed some amazing ones. This is the first time the sky felt like molten copper with fireworks streaking along.
Hiking the trails of Petroglyph National Monument, we came across this amazing glyph. From left to right I’ve dubbed them: Flat Head, Dick Head, Thunderbird Man, and Ghost Man.

On the Western mountains of Albuquerque, we were watching a sunrise on a freezing evening when this glider soared over our heads. I can only imagine how cold he/she must have been.
