Reach For The Sky

Reach For The Sky

We look at the great expanse of the sky as a source of freedom from earthly bounds, an escape from the gravity that binds us to the earth. We look skyward seeking the face of god. Our human souls long for the heavens. The souls of these plants also long for the heavens. From birth until death they stretch green arms in a vain attempt to embrace the blue, seek the face of the sun, plead to the clouds for water to wet their lips…until they return to the soil and start the cycle all over again. Reincarnated for all eternity.
