Chicago is home to some wonderful architecture. I recently went on an architectural tour to get a feeling of the varied techniques used to erect buildings. This image shows the Trump Tower built with 2009 money on the left and the Wrigley Building built with 1922 money on the right and the Tribune Tower with 1925 money. I prefer the latter two. I like the sharp angles. I like the spires. I like the arches. I like the color. I like the statues. Overall, the two older buildings have vast superior character than the Trump.
