Faces in the Crowd #3

Face at Bodh Gaya

Face at Bodh Gaya

Bodh Gaya, the place where Buddha found enlightenment, attracts more than just professing Buddhists. I saw Muslims, Christians, and Hindus as I believe this woman is. I wonder, if they could speak, what stories the lines on her faces would tell. Would they cry of pain? Would they whisper stories of love? Would they speak of joy and grief? Of hope and fear? Of pride and embarrassment? To all these questions I would guess the answer is Yes. I would guess the lines would tell all these stories and countless others. I wish I had the time to sit and listen to the tales stored up in her face.
