Protest #1 – Laquan

I took my camera out for some people watching in Chicago the day after Thanksgiving. I figured I would start out around Michigan Ave in the shopping district then head South on Michigan Ave to the Art Institute then around to the Chris Kringle Mart before heading home. It was a cold, misty day so I popped into Argosy for a cup of tea. While sitting there, I saw a gathering form at the South end of the Magnificent Mile and soon realized there was going to be a protest for slain teenager Laquan McDonald. A video was release a couple of days previous of the teen being shot dead by a Chicago Police Officer. He was shot 16 times by the same police officer.
