For much of my life, I did not enjoy spicy hot food. This was the result of growing up in a household where the primary spices used were salt and seasoned salt. I created a tolerance then a joy of spicy food through practice in my early 30s. Now, I love my food to be spicy. I am forever adding chili pepper to my meals. I love the resulting tingle on my lips. My favorite hot sauces is Sriracha.
