Monochrome Monday: The Back Seat

Tuk-Tuk - View From Back Seat

Tuk-Tuk – View From Back Seat

All of our traveling in Cambodia was by Tuk Tuk. Our driver was Tom. At least, that was his English name. We never did get his Cambodian name. Top speed was 30ish miles per hour so all our drivers were leisurely. Most importantly, the speed generated a breeze that cooled off our hot and sweaty bodies.

During all of our travels, Tom wore a jacket. The only time I saw him take it off was when he was resting in his tuk-tuk while we traipsed around the many temples to which he brought us.
