It was my second trip to the Amber Fort in Jaipur. The first time I was a wide eyed spectator. This time I would be a guide to my daughter and her boyfriend. This time I had an idea of the pictures I wanted to take instead of stumbling onto scenes and snapping the camera. There is a special quality in setting eyes upon something for the first time. It’s a different feeling when you have been somewhere and are able to go in with notions on how you want to view a site…at least view through the lens of a camera. This is a picture I wanted a 2nd attempt at taking…the yellow of the Amber Fort and it’s reflection in the water.
