Coconut Milk in Jamaica

Coconut Milk in Jamaica

The first full day in Jamaica included a four hour ride to help get us ready for the big ride the next day, a way to prime the muscles for ride that would be akin to self flagellation. After a number of climbs and descents, we hit upon paved street for a screaming descent that washed us with a coveted cooling breeze on our sweaty bodies. At the end of the descent, we stopped to savor some coconut water in the cool shade. It would be another hour or so that this ride came to it’s conclusion at a white sand beach.
